46 Terms of question for secret ballot The question to be voted on in a secret ballot for the purposes of section 45 is— (a) whether the member is in favour of bargaining for a single collective agreement, irrespective of the employers or unions concerned; or (b) whether the member is in favour of bargaining for a single collective agreement with named employers or unions; or (c) whether the member is in favour of bargaining for a single collective agreement except with 1 or more named employers or unions.
