59 Copy of collective agreement to be delivered to chief executive (1) The parties to a collective agreement must ensure that, as soon as practicable after they enter into the agreement, a copy of the agreement is delivered to the chief executive. (2) The copy of the agreement delivered to the chief executive must include any document referred to, or incorporated by reference, in the collective agreement, unless the document is publicly available. (3) Nothing in the Official Information Act 1982 applies to copies of collective agreements delivered to the chief executive under subsection (1) . (4) The information contained in the copies of collective agreements delivered to the chief executive under subsection (1) must be used only for statistical or analytical purposes.
