Section 69AAB — Employment Relations Act 2000: When employee may make request

69AAB When employee may make request (1) An employee may make a request— (a) if the employee satisfies the criteria specified in subsection (2); and (b) subject to the limitation in section 69AAD . (2) The criteria are that— (a) the employee has the care of any person; and (b) the employee, as at the date the request is made, has been employed by his or her employer for the immediately preceding 6 months. Section 69AAB: inserted, on 1 July 2008, by section 5 of the Employment Relations (Flexible Working Arrangements) Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 105).
