Section 69AAG — Employment Relations Act 2000: Role of Labour Inspector

69AAG Role of Labour Inspector (1) For the purposes of this Part, a Labour Inspector may provide to employees and employers such assistance as he or she considers appropriate in the circumstances. (2) This section applies subject to section 69AAH(2) . Section 69AAG: inserted, on 1 July 2008, by section 5 of the Employment Relations (Flexible Working Arrangements) Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 105).
