Section 69AAJ — Employment Relations Act 2000: Penalty

69AAJ Penalty (1) An employer who does not comply with section 69AAE is liable to a penalty not exceeding $2,000, imposed by the Authority. (2) The penalty is payable to the employee concerned. Section 69AAJ: inserted, on 1 July 2008, by section 5 of the Employment Relations (Flexible Working Arrangements) Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 105).
