69T Bargaining fee clause binding on employer and employee While a bargaining fee clause applies to an employee,— (a) the clause is binding on the employee and his or her employer; and (b) the employer must deduct the bargaining fee from the employee's wages and pay it to the union concerned. Part 6B (comprising sections 69P to 69W) was inserted, as from 1 December 2004, by section 30 Employment Relations Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 86). See section 73 of that Act for the transitional provisions.
