Section 69U — Employment Relations Act 2000: Amount of bargaining fee

69U Amount of bargaining fee (1) A bargaining fee must not be greater than the union fee that an employee would be required to pay to the union if the employee were a member of the union. (2) A bargaining fee has no effect to the extent (if any) that the bargaining fee does not comply with subsection (1) . Part 6B (comprising sections 69P to 69W) was inserted, as from 1 December 2004, by section 30 Employment Relations Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 86).
