Section 70 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Object of this Part

70 Object of this Part The object of this Part is to provide paid leave to certain employees to increase their knowledge about employment relations for the purpose of— (a) improving relations among unions, employees, and employers; and (b) promoting the object of this Act, especially the duty of good faith.
