Section 98 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Record of strikes and lockouts

98 Record of strikes and lockouts If a strike or lockout occurs, the employer of the employees participating in the strike or affected by the lockout must— (a) keep a record, in the prescribed form, of the strike or lockout; and (b) give to the chief executive, within 1 month after the end of the strike or lockout, a copy of that record.
