20 Proceedings to continue on change in Court Where any change takes place in the Judge constituting the Court, any proceedings or inquiry then in progress do not abate and are not affected, but are to continue and are to be dealt with by the Court as if no change had taken place; but the Court may require evidence to be retaken where necessary.
