Section Sch3-5A — Employment Relations Act 2000: Service outside New Zealand

5A Service outside New Zealand Any document relating to a matter before the Court may be served out of New Zealand— (a) by leave of the Court; and (b) in accordance with regulations made under this Act. Clause 5A was inserted, as from 1 December 2004, by section 71 Employment Relations Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 86). See section 73 of that Act for the transitional provisions.
