15 Power of arbitrating body to determine dispute where parties agree If the parties agree in writing, the arbitrating body, after giving the parties an opportunity to be heard, must, subject to the provisions of this schedule, hear and determine the claim by deciding the conditions of employment that may be included in the agreement under section 67(3).
