“ 2 Interpretation In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— “ employer means a person employing any worker or workers; and includes a person engaging or employing a homeworker “ Employment Relations Authority means the Employment Relations Authority established under the Employment Relations Act 2000 “ homeworker has the meaning given to it by section 5 of the Employment Relations Act 2000 “ Labour Inspector means a Labour Inspector designated under section 223 of the Employment Relations Act 2000 “ worker has the same meaning as that given to the term employee by section 6 of the Employment Relations Act 2000. ”
