“ 67A Individual employment agreements “ (1) Subject to subsection (2), nothing in section 67 prevents the Commissioner and any sworn member of the Police from entering into an individual employment agreement. “ (2) Where there is an applicable agreement under section 67 and the Commissioner and a sworn member of the Police enter into an individual employment agreement, the provisions of the individual employment agreement prevail to the extent that there is any inconsistency between the individual employment agreement and the applicable agreement under section 67. ”
