Section 1 — Fair Trading Act 1986: Short Title and commencement

1 Short Title and commencement (1) This Act may be cited as the Fair Trading Act 1986. (2) Except as provided in section 49(3) of this Act, this Act shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1987.
