Section 39 — Fair Trading Act 1986: Jurisdiction of Disputes Tribunals

39 Jurisdiction of Disputes Tribunals In accordance with this Part of this Act, a Disputes Tribunal established under section 4 of the Disputes Tribunals Act 1988 shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine applications for orders under section 43(2)(c) to (f) of this Act (except in respect of a contravention of section 9 of this Act). Section 39 was substituted, as from 1 March 1989, by section 82(2) Disputes Tribunals Act 1988 (1988 No 110).
