Section 47F — Fair Trading Act 1986: Offence

47F Offence Every person who resists, obstructs, or delays any authorised person acting pursuant to a warrant issued under section 47 of this Act commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 in the case of an individual, or $30,000 in the case of a body corporate. Sections 47A to 47F were inserted, as from 1 July 1990, by section 3 Fair Trading Amendment Act 1990 (1990 No 42).
