101 Orders enforceable under Child Support Act 1991 (1) The provisions of the Child Support Act 1991 shall apply to the manner in which orders made under Part 6 and Part 8 of this Act may be enforced on and after the 1st day of July 1992. (2) If a Court makes an order under Part 6 or Part 8 of this Act, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue must, as soon as practicable, take any action necessary to give effect to the order for the purposes of the Child Support Act 1991 .
