101 Orders enforceable under Child Support Act 1991 (1) The provisions of the Child Support Act 1991 shall apply to the manner in which orders made under Part 6 and Part 8 of this Act may be enforced on and after the 1st day of July 1992. (2) If a Court makes an order under Part 6 or Part 8 of this Act, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue must, as soon as practicable, take any action necessary to give effect to the order for the purposes of the Child Support Act 1991 . Compare: 1968 No 62 s 90 Part 7, originally comprising sections 101 to 134, was substituted by a new Part 7 comprising section 101 only, as from 1 July 1992, by section 19 Family Proceedings Amendment Act 1991 (1991 No 144). See section 259 Child Support Act 1991 (1991 No 142) as to savings in respect of outstanding maintenance liabilities. Subsection (2) was inserted, as from 15 November 2000, by section 3 Family Proceedings Amendment Act 2000 (2000 No 66).
