Section 101A — Family Proceedings Act 1980: Deductions from benefits

101A Deductions from benefits [Repealed] Section 101A was inserted, as from 18 December 1991, by section 254 Child Support Act 1991 (1991 No 142). Section 101A was repealed, as from 1 July 1992, by section 19 Family Proceedings Amendment Act 1991 (1991 No 144). See section 259 Child Support Act 1991 (1991 No 142) as to savings in respect of outstanding maintenance liabilities. Section 101A (as saved by section 259 of the Child Support Act 1991) was amended, as from 12 October 2001, by section 77 New Zealand Superannuation Act 2001 (2001 No 84) by inserting the words “ or the New Zealand Superannuation Act 2001 ” after the words “ or the Social Welfare (Transitional Provisions) Act 1990 ” .
