111A Power to issue deduction notices for arrears where maintenance order or agreement discharged or cancelled [Repealed] Section 111A was inserted, as from 20 November 1989, by section 3 Family Proceedings Amendment Act 1989 (1989 No 116), and repealed, as from 1 July 1992, by section 19 Family Proceedings Amendment Act 1991 (1991 No 144). See section 259 Child Support Act 1991 (1991 No 142) as to savings in respect of outstanding maintenance liabilities.
