Section 12A — Family Proceedings Act 1980: Number of sessions of counselling

12A Number of sessions of counselling The number of sessions of counselling to be carried out pursuant to section 9 or section 10 or section 19 of this Act shall be determined in accordance with such regulations as may be made under this Act or, if no regulations apply, by the Registrar or the Court. Sections 12A and 12B were inserted, as from 1 July 1994, by section 4 Family Proceedings Amendment Act 1994 (1994 No 32).
