Section 158 — Family Proceedings Act 1980: Proceedings by or against minors

158 Proceedings by or against minors A minor may bring and continue or defend any proceedings under this Act, and an order made under this Act against a minor shall be binding on and may be enforced against the minor, as if the minor were of full age. Compare: 1968 No 62 s 128
