Section 161 — Family Proceedings Act 1980: Intervention

161 Intervention In any proceedings under Part 4 of this Act, the Attorney-General shall, if the Court so requests, appear and argue any question of law or of fact arising in the proceedings, and may file affidavits or lead evidence relating to the proceedings. Compare: 1963 No 71 s 71(1)
