Section 168 — Family Proceedings Act 1980: Claim by respondent for relief

168 Claim by respondent for relief (1) Where an application is made under this Act, the respondent may in reply claim any relief under this Act. (2) Where the Court is satisfied that the respondent is entitled to or ought to be granted such relief, it may grant it accordingly. Compare: 1963 No 71 s 66
