68 Power of Family Court to make maintenance order in favour of either spouse or civil union partner Every application under section 67 of this Act shall be heard and determined in a Family Court. The heading to section 68 was amended, as from 26 April 2005, by section 44(2) Civil Union Act 2004 (2004 No 102) by substituting the words “ either spouse or civil union partner ” for the words “ husband or wife ” .
