Section 92 — Family Proceedings Act 1980: Discretion of Court as to orders

92 Discretion of Court as to orders Where an application is made to a Court for an order under this Part of this Act, the Court may make any other order under this Part of this Act that it could have made if an application for that other order had been made at the time when the first-mentioned application was made.
