93A Copy of order to be sent to Commissioner of Inland Revenue Where a Court makes a maintenance order under this Act, the Registrar shall, within 28 days after the day on which the order is made, send a certified or sealed copy of the order to the Commissioner of Inland Revenue. Section 93A was inserted, as from 1 July 1992, by section 16 Family Proceedings Amendment Act 1991 (1991 No 144). See section 259 Child Support Act 1991 (1991 No 142) as to savings in respect of outstanding maintenance liabilities.
