100 Meaning of notice In this Part, notice , unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) means any of the following notices issued under this Act: (i) an improvement notice: (ii) a prohibition notice: (iii) a non-disturbance notice: (iv) a suspension notice: (b) includes a subsequent notice.
