Section 111 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Issue of subsequent non-disturbance notices

111 Issue of subsequent non-disturbance notices (1) If an inspector considers it necessary to do so, he or she may issue 1 or more subsequent non-disturbance notices to a person, whether before or after the expiry of the previous notice. (2) A subsequent non-disturbance notice issued under subsection (1) must comply with section 109 (which deals with the content of non-disturbance notices).
