Section 136 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Interpretation

136 Interpretation In this subpart,— infringement fee , in relation to an infringement offence, means the infringement fee for the offence prescribed for the purposes of this section in regulations infringement offence means an offence against this Act (except an offence against section 47 , 48 , or 49 ) or regulations that is declared by regulations to be an infringement offence for the purposes of this Act.
