Section 164 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Identity cards

164 Identity cards (1) The regulator must give each inspector an identity card that— (a) states the person’s name and appointment as an inspector; and (b) includes any other matter prescribed by regulations. (2) An inspector must, when exercising compliance powers under this Act, produce his or her identity card for inspection on request. (3) A person who ceases to be an inspector must as soon as practicable return the identity card to the regulator. Compare: Model Work Health and Safety Act (Aust) s 157
