Section 180 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Offence to impersonate inspector

180 Offence to impersonate inspector (1) A person who is not an inspector must not, in any way, hold himself or herself out to be an inspector. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000. Compare: 1992 No 96 s 58 ; Model Work Health and Safety Act (Aust) s 189
