Section 182 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Suspension and ending of appointment of health and safety medical practitioners

182 Suspension and ending of appointment of health and safety medical practitioners (1) The regulator may suspend or end the appointment of a health and safety medical practitioner at any time. (2) A person’s appointment as a health and safety medical practitioner ends when the person ceases to be a medical practitioner. Compare: 1992 No 96 s 34(4)
