Section 208 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Requirement to comply with conditions of authorisation

208 Requirement to comply with conditions of authorisation (1) A person must comply with the conditions of any authorisation given to that person that are prescribed in or under regulations. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction,— (a) for an individual, to a fine not exceeding $20,000: (b) for any other person, to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
