224 Access to approved codes of practice (1) The Gazette notice published by the regulator under section 223(1) must specify the place or places at which copies of the code of practice or amendment (as the case may be) are available for public inspection and purchase. (2) The regulator must ensure that the approved code of practice is available— (a) free of charge on an Internet site maintained by or on behalf of the regulator; and (b) for purchase in hard copy at a reasonable charge.
