Section 51 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Liability of volunteers

51 Liability of volunteers A volunteer does not commit an offence under section 47 , 48 , or 49 for a failure to comply with a duty imposed by subpart 2 or 3 , except a duty under— (a) section 45 (duties of workers); or (b) section 46 (duties of other persons at workplaces).
