Section 57 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Requirement to keep records

57 Requirement to keep records (1) A PCBU must keep a record of each notifiable event for at least 5 years from the date on which notice of the event is given to the regulator under section 56 . (2) A record kept under subsection (1) must contain the particulars prescribed by regulations (if any). (3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction,— (a) for an individual, to a fine not exceeding $5,000: (b) for any other person, to a fine not exceeding $25,000.
