Section 65 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Determination of numbers of health and safety representatives for work groups

65 Determination of numbers of health and safety representatives for work groups (1) If section 64(2) applies, the PCBU must determine the number of health and safety representatives who may be elected for that work group in accordance with the prescribed minimum ratio of health and safety representatives to workers. (2) If section 64(3) applies, the PCBU must determine the number of health and safety representatives who may be elected for that work group in accordance with any prescribed requirements.
