99 Regulator may appoint inspector to assist parties in resolving issue (1) This section applies if a work health and safety issue has not been resolved after reasonable efforts have been made under section 98 to achieve a resolution of the issue. (2) A party to the issue may ask the regulator to appoint an inspector to assist the parties in resolving the issue. (3) If the regulator agrees to appoint an inspector, the inspector may, after providing assistance to the parties in accordance with subsection (2), decide the issue if it is of a type specified in regulations.
