10 Transitional provision relating to health and safety medical practitioners (1) A person’s appointment as a health and safety medical practitioner under section 34 of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 before the commencement of this clause continues on and after that commencement as if the person had been appointed as a health and safety medical practitioner under section 181 of this Act. (2) A person who continues to hold office under subclause (1) remains subject to any direction or condition that applied to the person’s appointment before the commencement of this clause.
