14 Transitional provision relating to training of health and safety representatives (1) This clause applies if clause 12 of Schedule 2 commences during a year, being a period starting on 1 April in a year and ending on 31 March in the following year. (2) The training requirements for health and safety representatives under clause 12 of Schedule 2 do not take effect until the start of the following year.
