15 Transitional provision relating to health and safety committees A health and safety committee established as part of an employee participation system under section 19C of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 or in accordance with Part 3 of Schedule 1A of that Act continues on and after the commencement of this clause as if it were a health and safety committee established under section 66 of this Act.
