20 Transitional provision relating to identity cards issued to industry health and safety representatives (1) This clause applies to an identity card given to an industry health and safety representative under section 19ZY of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. (2) On and after the commencement of this clause, the identity card must be treated as if it were issued under clause 22 of Schedule 3 of this Act until it expires or is sooner revoked.
