21 Transitional provision relating to register of industry health and safety representatives (1) This clause applies to the register of industry health and safety representatives kept under section 19ZZB of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. (2) On and after the commencement of this clause, the register must be treated as if it were kept under clause 24 of Schedule 3 of this Act.
