25 Transitional provision relating to notices issued under Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 (1) This clause applies to an improvement notice, a prohibition notice, or a hazard notice issued under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 and in force immediately before the commencement of section 231 of this Act. (2) The notice continues to have effect as if this Act had not been passed for the purpose of completing any matter relating to the notice.
