5 Transitional provision relating to exemptions granted from regulations under Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 (1) This clause applies to an exemption granted by WorkSafe under regulations made under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 (including any conditions or limitations imposed on the exemption) and in force immediately before the commencement of this clause. (2) On and after the commencement of this clause, the exemption (and any conditions or limitations imposed on the exemption) continues to apply until it is sooner replaced or revoked as if it were granted by the regulator under section 220 of this Act.
