Section Sch2-5 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Health and safety representative may be assisted by another person

5 Health and safety representative may be assisted by another person (1) A health and safety representative may, for the purposes of performing or exercising his or her functions or powers under this Act, be accompanied or assisted by another person. (2) The following provisions apply, with all necessary modifications, to any person accompanying or assisting a health and safety representative under subclause (1): (a) clause 3(3) (compliance with any reasonable procedures and requirements that relate to work health and safety); and (b) clause 13 (functions and powers for health and safety purposes only); and (c) clause 14 (information to be used for health and safety purposes only).
