11 Competency and experience requirements for exercise of powers under clauses 8 and 9 A health and safety representative must not exercise any power under clause 8 or 9 unless he or she meets the competency and experience requirements for a health and safety representative at a mining operation prescribed by or under regulations made under this Act.
