18 Notice to regulator of appointment or cessation of appointment of representative A union or group of mine workers that appoints an industry health and safety representative must— (a) give notice to the regulator of that appointment; and (b) provide the prescribed information in relation to that appointment, and a photograph of the representative authenticated in accordance with any prescribed requirements; and (c) give notice to the regulator within 14 days after the date on which the person ceases to be a representative.
