Section Sch3-22 — Health and Safety at Work Act 2015: Identity cards

22 Identity cards (1) The regulator must give each industry health and safety representative an identity card. (2) The identity card must be in the prescribed form. (3) A person who ceases to be an industry health and safety representative must return his or her identity card to the regulator as soon as practicable, but within 14 days, after the date on which the person ceases to be a representative. (4) A person who contravenes subclause (3) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000. Compare: 1992 No 96 s 19ZY
